E.P.I.C. Training has 3 Phases:

Phase 1: is a rapid fat loss program designed to get you into your ideal shape as quickly as possible. In the process, you also create a strong core foundation from which your body will generate all it's movement; think of this as planting the roots to a really strong tree.

Phase 2: is a maintenance program that teaches you how to maintain your ideal weight. Eating negative calories is no longer required; now it's about balancing your calories in to calories out and checking your weight once a week to insure that your weight is stable.

Phase 3: maximizes your speed, strength and physical movement to achieve elite fitness while sculpting specific muscles to perfect your physique.

The word EPIC says it all! This is the most complete, comprehensive, well rounded lifestyle system ever!

The word EPIC stands for Elite Performance Improvement Company. The company is my brain Child. Coming from Professional Soccer I wanted to create workout system that allowed people to reach their true physical potential, I was tired of seeing trainers and gym members under training themselves and just going through the motions in the gym.

EPIC Training was moulded after my philosophy that everyone has an inner athlete in them and that EPIC Lifestyle allows them to Release Their Inner Athlete!

Epic is about great movement in all plans of motion, it's about endurance using all types of energy systems, where flipping over walls, carrying shopping, scoring goals or lifting your child with EPIC movement is effortless and their is no such things as bad form and a correct way to life as each individual is string in every body position.

EPIC will transform the most un athletic into an athlete. EPIC being a complete system utilizes a fat burning nutrition program to get everyone in shape in double fast time.

EPIC is Training routines, workout clothes, nutritional supplements, Elite Training Camps, Kids fitness. It's not a Fake it's not a Fad it's a true way of Life, It's about finding a Will and a Way of pushing yourself to the limits of your fitness!

I have always had the idea that getting into shape should be done as quickly as possible. There is a myth that losing weight fast is bad. so long as you are losing body fat, not fasting and not working out 20 hours a day fast weight loss is not just safe but it is the way to go. Who wants to live on a negative calorie diet for long? That right no one. That why people fail on their diets....they last too long.

Any trainer who says that they are going to get you in shape is lying. There are a lot of terrible trainers out there on TV and off it(as well as some good ones).
